When I worked at the hippy vegetarian restaurant in 1972, I made a big bowl of guacamole every morning. We didn’t use coriander (no one did back then) but we did use some finely smashed garlic and some chopped tomatoes. Probably a pinch of cayenne but no fresh chili. We served it as Guacamole Tacos on warm corn tortillas with lettuce and salsa.

I have to say, I use garlic and chopped tomatoes ( though Theresa Coffey would have us using Turnips !)
